There's a strong popular belief that there are five languages to love, which sounds incredibly corny but if applied int the right manner it can work wonders. How? Learning the languages that you and your partner speak. They may be different languages but if you both know each others (and your own) there will be a significant reduction in the arguments and communication issues in each other's thought process.
Why Oversized Jumpers Are The Time Saving Fashion Essential You Need to Invest In • FASHION
If there's one thing I've learnt in fashion is the importance of investing. Even in the most basic of products. Simplicity is key. So when it comes to the awkward autumnal months where it's impossible to tell if you need a jacket I find the best solution is the oversized 'sweater' - I used the ' ' marks because I am English and that means the word sweater feels a bit of an alien description for what to us Brits is of course a jumper.

Friends talk about their relationships, it's what we do. Whether it's a crush on someone you've seen working behind the bar of your favourite group hangout or your current new boyfriend or the guy who you just ended things with. Talking is like therapy for the ego, something we all need to do from time to time. Well this week was my time.
EVERYONE'S GETTING ENGAGED!? • LOVE, SEX & RELATIONSHIPS

If you haven't been living under a social media rock over the holidays,
you may have noted that some people got engaged, and by some I mean practically
everyone. You know that girl who was two years below you at school, who you
didn't know had a boyfriend? Yeah she's getting married next year. Oh as well
as that couple who have only been going out what seems like a week (okay, so
it's almost five months according to them). As I was saying... pretty much
everyone is 'getting married'.
I use ' ' because maybe I'm judging too quickly however, at an age where
there is no sign of them getting a mortgage any time soon (as they still live
in their bedrooms which are painted pink with a row of cuddly toys on the bed),
or a decent wage that isn't reliant on tips or trying to get hours on a zero
hour contract or any other signs of reaching adulthood where you are no longer
dependent on your parents putting food in the cupboards – are you really ready
to get married. I mean really?

Travelling Is The Addiction of Choice • TRAVEL
If there's one thing I never regret it's travel. For me the best moments of my life have always happened on some form of foreign land. I have seen, laughed, cried and speculated at some amazing things, some which have of course profoundly changed me and made me the person I am today. But there are so many places I still wish to explore, with the world feeling so connected and small thanks to social media and technology, the travel of information and news happening to instantaneously it's easy to forget how much is out there and how much I have yet to explore.
Getting onto the Health & Fitness Bandwagon • HEALTH & FITNESS
(Images used are not my own - No copyright intended. All rights go to the owners.)
The topic of 'Health & Fitness' usually means bloggers rush to tell you their latest diet and fitness tops, and although there are lots of great pieces of advice out there, I for one am not a nutritionist, a dietician or trained to give any constructive advice on fitness and the effect on the body. At the end of the week at 6am you can expect a different twist on the usually body work out routines from me and be indulged into my thoughts and feelings on the latest health trends, here my side of the story when it comes to dealing with a series of mental illnesses (because let's not forget health isn't just about the physical side of things) and my habits and routines that I like to do.

Enjoying Unplanned Moments In Life • LIFESTYLE
Image is not my own - edit from tumblrThere are moments in life which are completely spontaneous, a moment, a stitch in time which feels completely rare, special and unique. A moment you know that you will never see, feel or have again, and this was something that really made me think about my own life and how when I think of my happiest memories or reminisce about a previous place, the best memories that I remember are all those random spontaneous moments. |
This Girl Loves To Eat • FOOD
Now as a girl who has suffered from a 'troubled eating history' to put it lightly, one of the things I've found has really helped my road to recovery is discovering veganism. However one thing that really hasn't helped is the negativity that surrounded my choices. I don't know why people see choosing to have a cruelty free lifestyle where no animals are murdered or harmed for what I eat is a bad thing, because frankly it's not. However this has really inspired to start a weekly food section on my blog dedicated to vegan discoveries, be it recipes, places to eat, hot new pop ups and shops, anything that sparks an interest in me and finding the best vegan options around.

Welcome to my Wardrobe • FASHION
Okay so there's a lot of 'fashion and lifestyle blogs' all over the internet these days but I don't want you to be reading my blog, feeling as though you're reading just another website from the masses. This little post is about what you can expect from the Monday 6am Fashion upload on this section of my blog.
Indulging In Life, One Week At A Time • LIFESTYLE
I spend most of my time taking photos on my phone. Like most smart phone users, one of my most used apps on my phone is the camera. So I thought it would be nice to look back on my week in pictures, document my thoughts and feelings on the images and what's going on in my life, recording my weekly progress and see the good in the smallest things in life.

CHANNEL 'INTRODUCTION' • Welcome to my World
It's a right of passage for all bloggers and YouTubers to do some sort of cringe introduction, so I thought that I would get both out the way in one post. So hi. I'm Ashlee-Rose, a half English, half Brazilian studying fashion in England's mighty capital city. I'm a vegan, who lives a low FODMAP diet and loves working out, shopping and having one duvet day a week away from my busy life to watch Netflix and YouTube. I guess that's the basic's you need to know for now.
